The Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT) is excited to introduce the Student Engineer Employment (SEE) Program, a groundbreaking initiative aimed specifically at connecting local employers with engineering students. This program is designed to tackle the engineering talent shortage by giving employers early access to skilled, motivated students.

Local students who are selected for this program have the opportunity to start working in a flexible work/study hybrid mode through the Engineering Institute of Technology’s accredited programs.

Students acquire valuable perspectives, industry insights, and real-world skills by tackling actual engineering problems through industry-based projects. We are continually expanding our database of student engineering projects to challenge and showcase the capabilities of our students globally. These projects vary from 6-month Bachelor’s and Master’s degree assignments to professional doctoral research (typically over 24 months). While physical or financial support for equipment is appreciated, it is not a requirement.
