David Gajdus

David leads EIT’s student recruitment and industry engagement efforts, working closely with prospective students and global partners. With extensive experience in higher education and industry engagement, he provides practical, honest guidance to help students and companies choose the most suitable education and professional development pathways.

Sylvain Blanchot

Sylvain is the International Recruitment Manager for EIT’s Brisbane campus and several offshore markets across Asia and Turkey. With 18 years of experience in international education spanning ELICOS, VET, and higher education, he works closely with students, education agents, and partners to support future engineers in achieving their study and career goals. Originally from France, Sylvain has lived in Australia for nearly two decades and is currently completing his MBA in Organisational Learning.

Who is EIT?

The Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT) provides practical education and training in engineering and technology, designed to equip students with job-ready skills aligned to industry needs.

When you study on-campus with EIT, our supportive blended learning model and small class sizes encourage you to advance your technical knowledge and remain engaged in your studies while forming global networks.

We deliver our on-campus degrees via a unique methodology that makes use of an international pool of expert lecturers, dedicated learning support officers, and provides you access to cutting-edge simulation software alongside physical and virtual laboratories to test concepts and deepen your understanding of program content. We have campuses in Perth (Western Australia), Melbourne (Victoria), and Brisbane (Queensland).
