About the presenters
Isabel Sibanda – Lead Learning Support Officer
Isabel has worked at EIT for over 10 years and currently serves as one of the Lead VET Learning Support Officers. Her qualifications include a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, a Diploma in Leadership & Management, and a Diploma in Marketing.
Jonathan Constable – Student Ambassador 2024
Jonathan Constable, an Australian studying for an Advanced Diploma of Mechanical Engineering Technology, drew inspiration from childhood experiences with his grandfather on miniature trains. After a decade as a fitter and turner, he transitioned to assembling rotating platforms at Australian Turntables despite facing vision impairment.
