Supplementary Fees
On-Campus and Online – Higher Education Programs
The following additional fees may apply to online and/or on-campus students:
- RPL Assessment Fee: A non-refundable fee of AU$75 per unit applied for will be charged for all 3+credit unit applications.
- RPL Assessment Fee: AU$200 is applicable for all 0-credit unit applications. The fee will only be charged once if multiple 0-credit unit applications are received at the same time.
- Request for Official Documents: A non-refundable AU$150 fee will be charged to produce hard copy official documents, e.g., Record of Results and Testamur.
- Request for Official Documents: A non-refundable AU$75 fee will be charged to produce official documents via eQuals for students who have graduated from their course prior to 2024 , e.g., Record of Results and Testamur.
- Request for Official Documents: A non-refundable AU$50 fee will be charged to produce a soft copy of an official Record of Results for any currently enrolled students.
- Request for Official Documents: A non-refundable AU$25 fee will be charged to reissuance of official documents via eQuals for students prior to 2024 , e.g., Record of Results and Testamur.
- Online student card upon request: AU$30 (includes postage).
- Lost student card reprint fee: AU$20.
In addition to the above, the following supplementary fees may apply to on-campus students:
- Administration Fee: A non-refundable AU$250 administration fee will be charged to all on-campus students and will be included on the invoice, which accompanies the unconditional (full) offer letter.
- Direct Application Fee: If you are an on-campus student and are not using an agent, a non-refundable $100* will be charged and must be paid for prior to application assessment.
- Change of Campus Application Fee: AU$250.
Online Fees – Vocational Graduate Certificates, Advanced Diplomas, and Diplomas
The following additional fees may apply:
- Late Payment Fee: If you do not pay your tuition fees by the due date, an AU$200 late payment fee may be applied.
- Request for Official Documents: A non-refundable AU$150 fee will be charged to produce hard copy official documents, e.g., Record of Results and Testamur.
- Request for Official Documents: A non-refundable AU$75 fee will be charged to produce official documents via eQuals for students who have graduated from their course prior to 2024 , e.g., Record of Results and Testamur.
- Request for Official Documents: A non-refundable AU$50 fee will be charged to produce an official Record of Results for any currently enrolled students.
- Assessment Re-sit Fee: A non-refundable AU$200 fee may be applied if a re-sit of an assessment is required/granted.
- Transfer Fee: A non-refundable AU$300 will be charged for transferring to another intake to complete your course.
Please note: Non-Tuition fees are payable in advance and cannot be charged to a VET Student Loan.
