How to Apply: On-Campus
Follow the instructions below to submit an application to study on-campus with EIT.
1. Choose an on-campus course.
2. Ensure you are eligible to study your desired course by reading the specific entry requirements available on the individual course page.
1. Start your course enquiry.
• Click Enquire Now on your chosen course page.v
• Complete the form with your contact details.
• You’ll receive a validation email.
2. Speak with a Course Advisor.
• One of our friendly Course Advisors will call you to discuss your course of interest.
3. Choose how to apply.
• Through an Education Agent: We’ll connect you with one in your region who’ll submit your application on your behalf.
• Directly to EIT: We’ll provide an application form (note there is AU$100 direct application fee payable for international students applying without the assistance of an education agent).
1. Prepare your documents.
• Provide:
• Certified/notarized qualification completion certificate and transcripts*
• Details of relevant work experience including a resume/CV
• Evidence of English Language proficiency
• Certified/notarized photo ID*
• Any other documentation applicable to the course you are applying for, as detailed on the course page
2. Submit your application through your chosen application path.
3. An automated conditional offer will be issued within 1 hour, this is subject to a full assessment of your application, and does not guarantee a place on your chosen course.
4. Application assessment.
• The EIT Admissions Team will review your application for academic suitability within approximately five working days. Additional documents may be requested at this stage.
• Once academic suitability has been confirmed our Admissions team will advise you or your agent and request further documentation to complete a Genuine Student Assessment. This may include the completion of a Statement of Purpose, a Financial Declaration Form and the provision of any previous visa grant notices or CoEs.
1. Once academic suitability has been confirmed and the Genuine Student assessment has been successfully completed, you’ll receive your Final Letter of Offer and an invoice requesting payment for your first-semester tuition fees.
2. Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
• Once fees and proof of course length Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) have been received, EIT will issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (COE).
1. Apply for your student visa.
• Once you receive your CoE, you or your agent will apply for your student visa.
*Please note: Certified/Notarized ID and Qualification Transcripts
A requirement of studying with EIT is to provide us a certified/notarized copy of a formal identification document, which includes your name (this must match the name used in your application) and photograph. An acceptable formal identification document includes either a copy of a current passport, drivers licence, ID card, or other official licence which includes a photograph of yourself. You will also need to provide certified/notarized qualification transcripts. The certified/notarized transcripts must show all programs and an official statement to confirm that all requirements for the award of the qualification have been satisfied. If a transcript is not yet available, please attach a certified written record which includes all grades. Certified/notarized copies of relevant documents must be in English.

A domestic student is an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen with a
Special Category Visa who meets residency criteria.
1. Choose an on-campus course.

• Complete the form with your contact details.
• You’ll receive a validation email.
2. Speak with a Course Advisor.
• One of our friendly Course Advisors will call you to discuss your course of

• They will forward you an application form.

Provide:
• Details of relevant work experience including a resume/CV
• Evidence of English Language proficiency (if required)
• Certified/notarized photo ID*
• Certified/notarized qualification completion certificate and transcripts*
• Any other documentation applicable to the course you are applying for, as detailed on
the course page
2. Submit your application.
3. Application assessment.
• The EIT Admissions Team will review your application (within approximately five
working days).
• You may be asked for additional documents during this process.
1. Receive your Conditional Letter of Offer.
• If successful, you will receive a Conditional Letter of Offer.
• Submit any conditional documentation (as stated in your Conditional Letter of
Offer).
2. Once all offer conditions have been satisfied, you’ll receive your Final Letter of Offer and an invoice requesting
payment for your first-semester tuition fees.
