Ketlantshang Bokamoso Rachabatsotlhe, Condition Monitoring Technician, Morupule A Power Station

Bokamoso Rachabatsotlhe is a Condition Monitoring Specialist with extensive engineering experience in power plant, quarry, and mining plant maintenance. Certified under Botswana Power Corporation, he is authorized to issue and cancel permits and perform work up to 400V.

Bokamoso specializes in mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasonic thickness testing, and dynamic balancing. He has also successfully completed EIT’s Professional Certificate of Competency in Vibration Analysis, Balancing, Alignment, Predictive and Precision Maintenance of Machinery. With strong management and technical expertise, he brings real-world insights into improving reliability, reducing downtime, and optimizing maintenance strategies.
