Silvestre Gayeta Pacheco Sassoco, Commissioning and Startup Engineer
Silvestre is a proactive and dynamic professional with versatile experience in commissioning process facilities, control room, and field operations, supported by a strong background in diverse engineering projects including design optimization and process improvement. He is recognized for his sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, consistently implementing efficient solutions that boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance. With a proven ability to lead teams toward achieving project goals within tight deadlines, Silvestre brings a results-driven mindset to every challenge. Known for his friendly yet professional communication style, he is organized, hardworking, and creative, with a deep appreciation for problem-solving. Adaptable and resourceful, Silvestre thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of delivering high-quality results across various sectors of the industry.

Hugo Duarte, Acting Country Manager at Zutari, Angola
A Civil Engineer specialized in Structural Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa (Portugal), with additional training in natural gas network design from Instituto Tecnológico do Gás in Sintra. He began his career in Portugal, focusing on the design of concrete and steel structures, as well as public and domestic hydraulic systems, including water supply, sewage, stormwater drainage, and natural gas distribution networks.
Since 2012, he has worked with Zutari Angola in engineering consultancy, project management, design, and construction supervision, contributing to major projects in roads, water infrastructure, housing developments, and industrial facilities.
Now serving as Acting Country Manager for Zutari Angola, he brings extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects. His portfolio also includes urban planning, LPG storage and distribution systems, and compliance reporting for thermal and acoustic building standards.

Admir Chingala, Engineering Manager for Sonangol Refinação e Petroquímica
A qualified Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology in Pretoria, South Africa.
His career has spanned various technical and leadership roles across major international projects, including positions with Schlumberger, Det Norske Veritas (DNV), and multiple project management roles with Sonangol.
He currently serves as the Engineering Manager for Sonangol Refinação & Petroquímica, overseeing major refinery developments and engineering operations. His expertise includes project coordination, FEED and EPC review, offshore facility design, refinery project execution, and team leadership. He also holds numerous professional certifications in project management, safety systems, and process engineering.

Jordão Timóteo António, Maintenance Electrical Technician at Angola LNG
A dedicated and results-driven Electrical Technician with a strong background in industrial maintenance and system reliability. With extensive experience across high- and low-voltage systems, generators, and control panels, he has completed over 500 maintenance tasks while maintaining high safety and performance standards.
Known for his problem-solving skills and commitment to safety, he has led daily safety briefings and contributed to system improvements that boosted reliability. Passionate about continuous learning and operational excellence, he brings precision, initiative, and leadership to every task.
