Leading the panel discussion is Berry Dikotla, Recruitment and Business Development Manager (Africa & Middle East)
With over 10 years of experience in educational recruitment, Berry joined EIT in 2021 as a Course Advisor. Currently, he serves as a Recruitment and Business Development manager for Africa and the Middle East, where he is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their full potential. His passion for empowerment has led him to travel extensively, which includes visits to Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Rwanda, Egypt, and Australia

Audrey Marowa, Power Generation Specialist, Zimbabwe Power Company – Megawatt House
Audrey is a dynamic electronic engineer with over three years’ experience in Zimbabwe’s manufacturing and energy sectors. She has successfully completed the Engineering Institute of Technology’s Professional Certificate of Competency in Power Distribution, which has further strengthened her expertise in power generation, transmission, and distribution systems. Her skills also cover electrical protection, maintenance, and control systems. Passionate about the future of energy, Audrey is dedicated to leveraging her knowledge and practical experience to deliver sustainable solutions and improve operational efficiency under demanding conditions.

Jimmy Kalima, Head of Electrical Engineering, Kadoma Textiles (Pvt) Ltd
With 19 years of field experience, Jimmy is a qualified electrician and Electrical Head currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with the EIT, following an Undergraduate Certificate with EIT. This combination of practical expertise and academic knowledge enables him to lead and innovate in electrical systems and infrastructure management.
His core strengths include programming, control panel design, and system integration, with in-depth knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, transformers, and AC drives. He also has a proven record in maintenance management, boiler systems, and enhancing operational efficiency across diverse industrial environments.
Safety-conscious and results-driven, he brings strong technical proficiency, leadership, and problem-solving skills, positioning him as a valuable asset in electrical engineering and industrial operations.

Harold Wright, Operational Manager, John Hook and Son (Pvt) Ltd
Harold has over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction industry, working across multiple stages of complex civil projects. Currently leading Specialized Projects and Civils at John Hook and Son, he also oversees operations for the company. Harold thrives on problem-solving, applying practical experience gained on the ground to anticipate challenges early and deliver streamlined project outcomes.
Passionate about engineering and project management, Harold is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and service. His philosophy is simple: “If it’s not done right, do it again.” With a reputation for tackling difficult projects and delivering results, Harold continues to set the bar for excellence in civil engineering and operations.

Singazi Nduna, Founder & CEO, Water-Tight Engineering (Pvt) Ltd
Singazi is the founder and CEO of Water-Tight Engineering, where she leads projects that enhance water and sewer infrastructure across Zimbabwe. With more than a decade of experience in business and engineering, she combines technical expertise with strong leadership to deliver solutions that support national development and community well-being.
Passionate about creating opportunities, Singazi is committed to mentoring young graduates and advancing women in engineering. Through her work with Water-Tight Engineering and The Bridge Development Organization, she continues to champion sustainable water access, empower communities, and inspire the next generation of engineers.

Travelling from Australia; David Gajdus, EIT Student Recruitment Manager will be presenting EITs course offerings.
David oversees the EIT course advisor team, the Education Agent network, and industry engagement with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. With a demonstrated history in the higher education industry, he excels in negotiation, business planning, and management, showcasing his leadership skills. A strong business development professional, David is committed to fostering positive relationships and enhancing collaboration across the sector.
