You will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual, working directly with a great techThe Marketing Coordinator will be primarily responsible for helping the marketing team execute a high volume of online media campaigns to generate interest and registrations in upcoming courses. Joining a close-knit marketing team, you will contribute to a wide range of functions including digital marketing, social media, and content creation/editing. You will have the ability to multitask with supreme attention to detail while adhering to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement global marketing campaigns, including paid social media, email and digital display campaigns, adhering to EIT’s standards, branding and guidelines.
- Maintain timely and accurate reports on all campaign activity to help drive improvements.
- Utilise CRM and marketing automation platforms for marketing activities, including targeted promotional EDMs and regular newsletters.
- Support social media planning and implementation.
- Update website content following correct branding and SEO guidelines.
Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in a marketing discipline, communications or journalism, or sufficient relevant work experience.
- 2+ years practical experience in a marketing role.
- Excellent technical marketing skills including experience with WordPress (or other CMS), CRM system, marketing automation software, social media platforms, and Microsoft office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A good understanding of digital marketing (e.g., AdWords, Web, Social Media) and hands-on experience in planning and implementing digital campaigns.
- Proactive and autonomous approach. You will take ownership of your tasks and strive to drive continuous improvement.HTML
- Good project management skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple competing tasks with great attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining brand standards and an eye for quality design.
- A warm, vibrant personality who enjoys working in a team.
Desirable Criteria
- Data analytics and campaign reporting experience.
- Basic graphic design skills will be favorable.
