Her presentation\, “Technology’s Role in Skill Development\,” will explore how advancements in technology\, including artificial intelligence and machine learning\, are enhancing skill development and fostering continuous learning in engineering. \n\nChristabel Phiri has 14 years of academic experience and 5 years in industry. Known for her advanced technical knowledge\, she has a solid background in mechanical engineering from Zambia’s copper mines and extensive experience in South Africa as a lecturer and fire sprinkler designer.
