Drawing on real-world experience\, the session will highlight the impact of maintenance maturity\, decision-making\, and strategy alignment on operational performance. \nAttendees will gain practical insights into improving preventive maintenance quality\, using meaningful maintenance KPIs\, and introducing predictive maintenance and reliability tools. The session also addresses the importance of skills development\, accountability\, and creating a culture of continuous improvement. \nThis seminar is ideal for professionals seeking proven\, practical methods to improve asset reliability and build high-performing maintenance teams. \n  \nAbout the Presenter:\n \nDarwin Borja – Technical Director and Senior Systems Integrator \nWith over 18 years of experience delivering automation\, control\, and industrial systems across water\, manufacturing\, and infrastructure sectors. Darwin specialises in PLC/SCADA systems\, instrumentation\, telemetry\, and end-to-end project delivery\, from concept and design through to commissioning and handover. \nDarwin has led multidisciplinary teams on complex automation projects\, providing technical leadership\, system architecture\, and hands-on integration while ensuring quality\, safety\, and operational reliability. Known for his structured approach and clear communication\, he bridges engineering\, operations\, and stakeholders to deliver practical\, scalable solutions.
