He has implemented innovative technologies in industrial data communication and remote education for engineering students worldwide. \nHis work spans various industries\, including power\, mining\, and petrochemicals\, and he has trained over 30\,000 engineers globally for clients like NASA and Rolls Royce. A Fellow of Engineers Australia\, Dr. Mackay has co-authored 25 engineering books and holds multiple Chartered Professional Engineer licenses. As Dean of EIT\, he focuses on delivering high-quality micro-credentials and engineering qualifications to over 1\,500 students annually from 140 countries \n \nJillian Formentin\, Head of Engineering APAC West at Wood. \nJillian Formentin is a relationship and results-oriented engineering leader with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time\, within budget\, and to the highest standards of quality. As the Head of Engineering at Wood for WA\, NT and Asia\, she is responsible for leading a team of world-class engineers and technicians who are dedicated to designing and delivering innovative solutions to the company’s clients. Jillian is a passionate advocate for sustainability and has a strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship. She is a former WA Division President for Engineers Australia and was recently honoured as the WA Professional Engineer of the Year in recognition of her exceptional leadership and contributions to the engineering profession. Jillian is a Governance Board Director for EIT.\n \n \nDr. Milan Raicevic\, Chief Information Officer at Risk Management Technologies. \nMilan is an accomplished Chief Information Officer with extensive experience in numerical modelling and the analysis of large\, complex systems. A lifelong code developer\, Milan is driven by a passion for innovation and problem-solving. His commitment to leveraging technology to enhance organizational efficiency makes him a key player in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape. \n \nLeading the panel discussion is Indumathi V\, EIT’s Deputy Dean. \nIndumathi V is an experienced Chartered Professional Engineer with over 20 years of expertise in electrical and electronics engineering\, engineering education\, and leadership. Indumathi holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Western Australia\, a Graduate Diploma of Adult and Vocational Education from Charles Sturt University\, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Canberra. As a Fellow of Engineers Australia and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management\, Indumathi is a highly respected advocate for women and girls in STEM programs.
