The Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT) offers both undergraduate and postgraduate higher education degrees.
Bachelor of Science Degrees
EIT’s 3 year Engineering Bachelor of Science Degrees have been designed by experts from both industry and academia to ensure graduates are prepared for meaningful employment in an engineering workplace.
There are four Bachelor of Science (BSc) degrees, each one specializing in a different engineering stream: Industrial Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil and Structural.
EIT delivers these qualifications online and at selected campus locations. Designed to impart practical skills which can be directly applied in the workplace, these courses are facilitated by experienced engineers, who are experts in their industry.
Students may be awarded credit for units as a result of previously completed qualifications or professional experience.
EIT’s Bachelor degree courses are delivered online (to accommodate full time work, mobility and distance learning) and at selected campus locations.
All students are required to attend scheduled live tutorials during which they interact with their local and internationally-based lecturers and fellow students.
The practical components of the degree are acquired via cutting-edge simulation software, remote laboratories, hands-on workshops and industrial experience units.
To ensure students remain engaged and motivated, dedicated Learning Support Officers guide and assist them throughout their studies, and EIT’s Learning Management System provides a highly interactive college interface.
Master of Engineering Degrees
Engineering graduates can become specialists in the engineering industry, with EIT Master degrees accredited by the Australian Government. These 2 year Master of Engineering Degrees are designed to enable students to enhance their expertise in increasingly important engineering disciplines.
EIT delivers the Master of Engineering qualifications online with selected courses delivered on campus. The Master of Engineering Degree provides students with the opportunity to design projects which will have academic applications and the potential to benefit and improve the engineering communities they serve.
