Attending the Session

The software, Electromeet, that we use for our webinars has recently had an upgrade making it even easier for you to use. If you experience any problems while accessing Electromeet, please click the link here for a quick video tutorial taking through the setup and use of Electromeet.

Simply click on the Access Key link to enter the online classroom.

Important Note – Please ensure you have the latest version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome in order for you to use Electromeet without any problems.

Please test you can login prior to the session taking place and that your audio is working. Please log in at least 5 minutes prior to the session starting. Instructions, including screen shots are below.

Instructions to enter the session

 

1. Click on the access key above to take you to Electromeet. When you come to the below Login and settings screen, simply type your full name in the first box and click on Login. No password is required to enter the online classroom. See screen shot below.

 

2. You will then be in the classroom and ready for Steve to present the short 30-45 minute webinar. See screen shot below.

 

3. You can ask Steve questions throughout the session by typing your comment in the messages box or use your microphone. See screen shot below.
