Live Online Course: Troubleshooting PLCs

Join EIT's Dean of Engineering, Dr Steve Mackay, for this 30 minute live and interactive session to look at a 'toolbox' of suggestions in troubleshooting your PLC ranging from CPU, I/O Modules to communications.

After the session you will be able to:

  • Quickly interpret, isolate and fix common hardware problems related to PLC input/outputs
  • Troubleshoot PLC software (especially ladderlogic)
  • Identify typical SCADA problems and fix them
  • Identify and fix PLC/SCADA data communications problems

The software package, Electromeet, will be used for this session. You will be sent instructions via email with the link to the online classroom, 24hrs before the session takes place.

How To Register:
