10% Discount Information
As an IEEE member, you will receive a 10% reduction off the regular tuition rate if you enrol in any EIT advanced diploma or certificate program, or IDC workshop.
To receive the 10% discount you must:
- Be an IEEE Member at the time of enrolment
- Enrol in a credit or non-credit course
- Enrol in one of EIT Training Programs
- Order an offering available through this site

Brief description of Partners History
The Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT) has been established as a stand-alone enterprise having emerged from the experiences of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO), IDC Technologies - the founding company and a leading provider of engineering education and training since 1992.
IDC Technologies has trained over 300,000 engineers and technicians throughout the world using a range of face-to-face and innovative e-learning technologies.
The IDC team recognised a need for industrially relevant training and further education to support and enhance the on-going capabilities of a wide range of persons employed in engineering and technology-based enterprises. The intentions behind the EIT are, therefore, to build on the current capabilities of IDC and to provide internationally recognised formal qualifications in a range of specialist engineering application areas via distance learning.
The EIT provides endorsed engineering diplomas (and beyond), designed for students working in industry who need a practical, relevant education that is delivered efficiently. Our students work in the fast-moving engineering and technology fields where time is precious. They choose the EIT’s online delivery because it provides many of the benefits of live classroom based study without the inconvenience of travel. All of our courses include frequent live sessions where expert instructors presented in a friendly, interactive manner.
